Our conditioning and weight training machines are as diverse as they are specialized and everything is arranged in our 6 rooms with specific vocation on a surface of more than 7000 square feet! Cardio, bodybuilding, Metabolic conditioning (METCON), Power lifting etc.
You prefer group classes? We offer various types of courses to keep you stimulated, such as the Spinning, Zumba, Hockeyshot Stride, Individual or group Boxing, MetCon metabolic conditioning classes and others to come.
